Nick, I made a cable for like 5 dollars from radio shack.  The adaptaplug "m" did not work but adaptaplug "n" worked fine.  I believe the plug end for the 9v lithium is an adaptaplug "b". 

If your wanting something nicer for later, ed made me a great kindkable for me.  The ratshack one however worked perfect and is a good substitution til you get a beefier power cable.
