I am so happy I ditched them for DVD batteries and got the dual cable from Ted. Awesome to be able to swap out on the fly.

In your case it was a good move but the AD2K+ runs on 12v so DVD batts are out.  I have been running my AD2K+ with this http://www.bixnet.com/unpowbat.html for over a year now with no issues and no fear of running out of juice.  It's a beast but i get easily 8 hours of run time.  I have three Dual Tekkeons also and have had no issues with them, fingers crossed.
