Topic: RCA or Mini extenders?

So I'm getting a SBD feed, but I can only get it from the RCA outs.  It's going into a D8, so we're talking RCA to mini connector.  As I cannot be right at the board, do I want to use a long RCA connected by barrels to my rca>mini cable or do I use the rca>mini with a long mini extender cable?  Thanks for any guidance!

either of those will suffice.
you will have a more secure connection (less likely to come apart) using a rca cable and barrel connectors than using a 1/8" mini extender.
