OK folks, so I bought [2] 8xAA Battery Sleds, so I can wire them in SERIES, to DOUBLE VOLTAGE, however, I'm unsure how to wire them in SERIES to DOUBLE VOLTAGE ??? I just tested them w/ my voltmeter and w/ checking BOTH, I was still only getting 10.5 volts ???
Red>Red and black>black only showed 10.5 volts. So do I wire red>black and red>black ???

Why would you want 21 volts? Think of it like two batteries in a flashlight then wire it the same way. That is in series. The way you have it now is parallel

Red from Pack A is the positive to the Sax...wire Black A pack to Red B pack and Black B pack is your negative to the Sax.

red from one, black from the other, and tie them together. your r left with one black and one red. use them for your plug end. ed
