Topic: mpeg2 MAC compressor vs. PC compressor

so i've been using Compressor for a bit and i've been noticing that it's a lot faster than the ones i used to use. so i was wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to the quality of it compared to something like cinema craft, tmpeg

I would be intrested to know as well....some PC programs you are able to do 3 and 4 pass on the encode.... compressor only 2 although I don't have any complaints but wouldn't mind some higher settings....  if it takes a few extra hours or even a day to encode better I am all for it
