That should run the mixpre6 using phantom on 4 channels and 5/6 line in for at least 10-12 hours.

I have 2 of these and they are great!  When I first got them I tested at home and with 2 channels phantom I got about 8 hours.  I run 1 with 2 mics + sbd for 3-4 hours without issue and plenty of juice left.
