Need recommendation on two more mics.
« on: June 29, 2005, 02:17:13 PM »
I have been on the fence about purchasing two more microphones and just found a coupon to get 10% off up to $250 on a Paypal Ebay purchase(up to $25 off).  I have some ADK TLs and am looking for some cheaper SD condensers.  Right in the $250 price range I could get a couple of the AKG C1000 mics.  Would this be about my best bet for a couple mics in that pricerange?

I will be doing a mix of studio and taping work.

Thanks,

Adam

I use to pimp the c1000s to no end (my 1st mics), but that 4 years ago. IMHO there are better mics in that range now.

I'd go with the Studio Projects C4s, that or maybe the ADK SD mics.
