Home Theater on an *extreme* budget
« on: December 12, 2007, 07:18:27 PM »
Buy.com has a deal going on a Pioneer HTS-GS1 system.  It's made for the Xbox360, but it has three digital inputs and one analog input so you can use it with basically anything.  Is it the best system in the world?  Hell no.  But it's great for the price:

$99.99 w/ free shipping, $89.99 shipped if you sign up for Google Checkout

I bought one for the bedroom and I was surprised at how it sounded.  Really is a great deal for the price (originally retailed for around $500).

Thanks for the link. I passed it on to a friend that's in the market for something like this.

man, I wish I would have seen this while they still had the items in stock.  thanks for posting though.
One shortcut to all this BS is simply to let anyone buy into the Medacare Program for $300 a month.

Medacare is already set up, already has covered surgeries and procedures, and other than allowing Medacare to bargain collectively with Drug Companies, it is an off the shelf program.

exactly, so why do we need a new bill?

It's still available at Walmart.com, but it's $30 more:

The cool thing about this system is that it comes with a mic that you can use to set up the system automatically - worked surprisingly well in my bedroom.  Couldn't be more happy with this purchase. ;D
