It's true that NERO supports CDRWIN-style cue files, but there are two big problems.
First, all commands and keywords must be in upper-case for Nero to recognize them.
Second, the TITLE command for CD-Text doesn't work.

I've been bugging Nero about this for a few years but they haven't fixed it yet...

FWIW, CDBurnerXP (freeware) also supports cue sheets, DAO, track ordering, as well as a bunch of other stuff.  Don't think it burns different discs simultaneously, though.
