SDHC cards
« on: April 26, 2012, 08:34:34 PM »
Hello,

Recently Amazon sent me a Sandisk 32 GB class 10 sdhc card with a 30MB transfer rate instead of the 32 GB class 4 sdhc card with a transfer rate of 15MB's that I originally ordered. Has anyone used a class 10 with those specs and had any issues recording audio? It was the same price so I would rather not send it back unless I have to. BTW, I use an Edirol R-09HR if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Frank

No experience with your problem, Frank.

I bought a Lexar 16GB class 10 SDHC from Target last week, the damn thing wouldn't let me record four channels on my r-44  ???.  Locked me down to just two  ???.

Actually bought two, took 'em both back today.  Didn't try the second one.

I use a Alesis TwoTrack for the nine to five and did the same thing that happend to you but to myself. I ordered the class 4 micro SDHC , but i have no problems with recording. Everything seems fine. But as a small test from the card to my desktop, the transfer rate was considerably faster....
