Problem with R9 4 Gig Trans card
« on: February 08, 2007, 08:46:44 PM »
Hey All,
Got the 4 gig card and formatted the card in the pc no problem,Total Time on Card and Time Remaing both read -181.66MB. Hoping thats a good thing LOL.

Anyhoo Im running the 1.03 Verison For the R9 and i recorded roughly 5 hours at 16/441 as one long ass wave. Then I stopped the deck and recorded a couple other small tracks. Anyway i put the card in my pc to transfer the 3 Wav files to my desk top but Track 1 the 5 Hour Wav wont play at all yet the 2 other tiny tracks play fine, Am i doing something wrong? I really prefer not to update the firmware due to the track splits if all possible..

Thank you

Your 5 hour file is probably about 3gb in size.

You will have to either split the file using a tool like my audiohack.exe program or I think someone mentioned that CDwave can do that.

Audiohack is a console program, so if you prefer a gui maybe try CDwave.

Here is a link to more info in running audiohack...
