Topic: paramount theater in seattle...

i'm stealthing there tomorrow night...

has anybody ever shot there? any tips you guys can share?

if not i'm sure i'll be fine. but a little extra info never hurt anybody.

I've done stealth audio there but not photo.  It's a fairly large theatre with a balcony.  There are ushers and some security but I wasn't particularly stressed doing stealth audio.  I'd say it probably depends on where you seat is and your descreteness will vary accordingly.  There were aisles on the floor on either side and up the middle and I seem to recall ushers/security having a mild presence but nothing too uptight.  Sorry I can't of more help - great theatre, however.

i wasn't able to see this before the show... either way i appreciate any info.

since we're talking shop. i ended up shooting from row U on the main floor and never came under the scrutiny of any security during the set i filmed (which was only pearl jam's set).

anyway thanks for sharing your experience taping there... there was mine.
