Settings on a CA-ugly pre

Received my ca14s and ugly in the post today.

Was wondering if anyone could provide any pointers in how best to set the gain on the ugly?
mics  - CA11 (c & o) CA14 (c & o)
pre - CA9200, CA9100
recorders - Edirol R09hr, Tascam DR1

80 to 90% and leave it. That's it really nothing special needed. You can if your not using a pair of my mics use the two gain pots to balance your mics out so they are even.. If you need help with that send me a pm and I will give you some info on it.
But if you have a pair of my mics they are already well balanced and dont need to be "tweaked" so run both controls evenly at the same exact positions.
