Post by: Chimney Top on February 04, 2011, 04:42:28 PM
Can someone recommend an external dvd battery to run a littlebox and/or tascam dr100?  the tascam is 5v and the littlebox is 9v, i think.

i have never run the lb on a dvd battery but others have
i did run mine many times on a 7.2v rc battery though

with that said teddy might be able to make you a vr box to run both one 1 dvd battery
check his threads in retail forum

I had a littlebox that ran on DVD batteries.  If you want to run your pre and recoder you will need a VR box.  I second talking to Ted

I believe I read people were buying them at walmart?  any help on something that will work for now...

thanks ya'll

(i would like to try it out at 2pm today).

ebay is your best bet
search initial dvd battery, memorex dvd battery - they are listed under many names
here is one to see what it looks like, 50 is to much imo
