Topic: iDVD for Mac, is there a similar prog for XP..??

I've downloaded quite a few dvd's that have been authored by iDVD and they always look really nice. Very simple but looks quite professional in my opinion. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a program that has an identical (or very similar) template as the one I've attached below, that can be used on XP.

P.S. I normally use DVDLABPRO 2.0 but it is very buggy.
