Typically new this combo retails for around $250 plus shipping.  Seller has outstanding feedback and has sold 4 of this with no apparent problems.

If I'm understanding correctly 116Wh as a combo.  Makes it comparable to http://www.batterygeek.net/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=9-12-130_BATTERYGEEK (http://www.batterygeek.net/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=9-12-130_BATTERYGEEK) which was being discussed in another thread but $30 less expensive.

My links are terrible deals for used as opposed to $50 more for both new.
