Canon 24mm f2.8 USM vs 24MM STM
« on: February 17, 2015, 09:01:08 PM »
which of these two seem better, id like to get a prime like this at some point. they both seem good, the usm has IS but is way more money. the stm seems like a far better size and similar in quality. this is for a t5i. what would you buy?

I don't do too much wide angle unless im in video mode and with 24mm i dont see why IS would be needed at all unless doing long exposures and for that you would most likely use a tripod anyways.
