Manfrotto Super Clamp add another tbar?

Can you hook up another tbar to a stand with a super clamp and an extension arm? What other pieces does one need to do this?

 you buy the super clamp, extension arm and a 3/8" to 5/8" adapter and you will be able to add another tbar with no issues
