Topic: Initial DVD battery 5400mAh - 9V on sale at compusa for $39

Just picked up the "initial" brand DVD battery 5400mAh - 9V, model RB-270 at my local compusa store. It's priced at $49 but rang up for $39 and does not show up on their website, must be in store only. I think this is the battery that's popular for the UA-5. Just thought I'd pass this info along.

thanks for the link. what's the life expectancy on one of these batteries? i took rig out last night to tape pnuma but i think it may be no good. i know it was charged and all, but the ua5 would only power on periodically and then not at all...is it bad to leave the battery plugged into the charger after it's charged? thanks in advance
