Are y'all running your cables directly from your mics into your pre/A/Ds?  I'm really tempted to get a pair, but I have a PS-2 > line transformers > y-adapter between my mics and deck.  Would all that copper/nickel dull the cables' sound improvements?

you can easily run MIC > MiAGi-II > ps2 > ......

are you running Hosa MIT-176 xformers?  if so, i can easily get rid of those 1/4" pigtails > Y-adaptor for ya to clean up the signal chain.
