CA-10 vs. CA-11
« on: December 17, 2010, 06:40:05 PM »
What are the pros and cons about each mic?  I was researching today and am now debating on whether to buy the CA-10s or the CA-11s.  Also, as a side note, I want a mic that picks up the low end in records well.

The ca-10 is not meant for concert recording.. But is a good choice for regular sound-scape recording. The ca-11 is more flexible in the sense that you can for an extra $40 buy omni capsules for it. The ca-10 is omni the ca-11 can be omni or card. The ca-11 is now a better mic thanks to the improvements I have made to it.
