LSD2 cable pinout?

Hello cabelers.

I just bought a LSD2 off of ebay and it did not come with a cable.  Can anyone point me in the direction of a pinout diagram for this mic? 

I have all the needed gear at my house.  Just need a diagram.

alright....then maybe I'm missing something here.

My LSD2 only has a male XLR 3 pin on the bottom of the unit???

ANy thoughts?  How many pins does your LSD2 have coming out of the bottom?


-----just checked it out.  You can tell that someone has uscrewed the screws and been monkeying around in there.  Hmmmmm.  Time to bust out the screw driver.

THe caps look like they are in immaculate condition.....

Where did you pick the mic up?  Sounds like someone has been tinkering with it pretty heavily.

It is actually in a lot better shape than the picture makes it seem.  Hopefully I can test it to see if it even works.

Yeah...definately looks like someone has been doing "something" to it.

any thoughts on why someone would change out the 7 pin and put in a 3 pin?

Am I missing something in the auction?  It says that it comes with the 7-pin to dual 3 pin xlr cable, but you said it didn't come with one?  The auction doesn't say anything about it being modified either.  Are you sure there aren't 7-pins on the mic?  Maybe a couple are broken off and it just needs to be replaced/resoldered?

FWIW, I don't see this mic working properly if it was in fact modified to a 3 pin xlr connection.

LOL.....Ok.  I disassembled the mic and laughed my ass off.  None of the wires to the pins were intact.  Very sloppy soldering also.

BUT.....(good part)....none of the capicters and electical widgets looked to be touched at all.  Looks like a fairly simple soldring job to replace the wires to the correct 7 pin out config.

Now...all i need is an internal picture of a WORKING LSD2 so I can see were and to what I need to solder the wires back to the correct pins.

Anyway I can convince any of you LSD2 owners to take a picture of the guts of your microphone???
