Differences between a Busman and Oade mod UA-5
« on: March 02, 2010, 04:02:06 PM »
So I am building my first rig and have been recommended a UA-5 by several taper friends of mine.  I have the chance to pick up either a Busman mod or an Oade mod in the Yard Sale right now.  Which route should I choose since my mics are a pair of Okatva MK-012's?  And which one would be best if and when I would upgrade my mics?

Thanks for the help!

Nick
