Title: Just when you thought the snake oil was gone......
Post by: kirk97132 on November 14, 2014, 10:42:56 AM
OK I just had to post this.  NO, I DO NOT SUPPORT/BELIEVE/BUY INTO this but, here it is:
Over four thousand dollars for a 1 meter digital coax cable!?!?!?  This thing better do more than hook up to my audio gear
CT-1UR DIGITAL CABLE (Ultimate Reference)
The Ultimate Reference is our final cable with this current technology. It has a greater and even more powerful Magentic Conduction effect.
$4,450 for 1m (each additional 0.5 m is $225)

Here is the website:

That's cheap. The Ultimate Reference RCA interconnect is $8900.

Skin effect in a cable is created by opposing magnetic forces which cause the signal to push to the extreme outer edges of the conductor. Our magnetic wave guide technology creates a tunnelling effect focusing the magnetic force into the middle of the conductor. This eliminates the cause of skin effect and preserves the time and phase aspect of the original signal.

OH and then they have their Ultimate Reference Power Cable (+ Rhodium)

Includes our custom rhodium connectors.
Magnetic Conduction wave guides are in a special Helix configuration.
$12,900 for 1m (each additional 0.5 m is $675)

Almost $13,000 for a cable you plug into your house wiring.  Made with one of the rarest metals on earth so it must make your house AC power "sound" better

Our Earth is a giant magnet, so does the price include calibration of the cables for our listening room's magnetic readings?

How about periodic re-calibration of the cables to take into account Earth's axial precession?:

If so, I think these would be an incredible value.

Well, their bullshit has high production value, I'll give them that.  They did forget to mention that these must be in your room for maximum effect to be realized:

However, the poles are gonna likely swap in the next few thousands year; when they do, you'll need to reverse your cables.

...and rotate your Magic Pebbles..

Patent goes on to say that, the cable is the first multi-functional cable in the world...it can also be used to hold up pictures of your kids on the fridge.
