I bet the 930s sound awesome with a v3 or direct into an SD box.
I sort of still wish I had my set.  I need a backup pair of mics and have been leaning towards picking up a V3 recently.
that would make for a sweet sounding getup.

I've run them with a whole bunch of pre's and pre/ad combos.  The apogee takes the cake.  Just pairs perfectly with the beyers.  Never ran with a v3 however.

Here's a YMSB show Rick did w/ 930>V3 combo.  I think it sounds very nice.  Almost as nice (or perhaps much nicer, YMMV  ;)) as my 930>mp2 source which I'll put up one of these days.
