Can I transfer music folders from PC to iPhone without iTunes?

Yeah, sorry, to my iPhone. See no need to get iTunes since I still buy CDs for commercial stuff. Old dog..... :lol:

I used a program called WALTR (freeware) to put mp3's on an ipad. Worked fine.
