Kevin, I can't remember if you mentioned this before, but what kind of boxes are those? Are the cardboard dividers (not the yearly ones, but the ones that separate one row from the next) movable or fixed?

Univenture has a cool relatively new product -- the sleeve is a type of vinyl material it has the that dust free polymer stuff against the back of the disc, and you can get it with a gatefold flap in the front where you can put the program notes. Doesn't takes up much more space than paper (much less than jewel box). Guitar Center carries them under their own name. Bags Unlimited has too, although I think I'd found cheaper places.
The DJ CD transport coffins are a great to store lots of cds in envelopes if you want something with more protection and longevity than the cardboard boxes.
