Topic: Onkyo YX 8511 Receiver Repair

I live in the Philly area and I'm looking for a place to have my Onkyo TX 8511 receiver fixed.  When I plug the unit in the red light on the front comes on indicating it has power but when I touch the power button the unit will not turn on.  If anybody knows how I can fix this or recommend where I can take it to have it fixed that would be aweseom.  Thanks to anyone who can help.
