When connecting a PSP2 or PSP3 to an M10, do most people here used a 2xXLR>mini cable, or are people comfortable using the miniplug>miniplug, even though that PSP output is a headphone out? My bias is toward the former, but...

I prefer XLR >1/8! I always ran that way with the PSP3 and PSP2.

I've had great results with PSP3 running mini>mini>M10.
And I usually run mini>mini>M10 as a backup rig when I use the XLR's for my "big rig".
I have no worries with the 1/8" output of the PSP3. But.... YMMV.

I've done exactly as Guy described with my PSP2. I have used this in the past as a backup to my big rig and hadn't noticed any major differences in sound. Just for personal preference, I would go XLR > mini, but if the situation demanded it, I would go mini>mini with no worries.

I run mini > mini into M10 for backup and stealth. Have a nice small 6" mini cable with right angles on both ends that works great.
