Swapping RC battery connectors
« on: February 27, 2010, 06:38:33 AM »
I just picked up a 2000mAh 9.6v NiMH RC battery and in my haste didn't realize that it had one of the smaller Futaba connectors rather than the Tamiya one I needed.

Snipping the wires and swapping in a Tamniya connector seems straightforward enough but just wondering if there are any issues that make this inappropriate. Does anyone have any insight into this?
