I have this mic along with the 4051 capsule.
Something is amiss with the 4053 capsule. I don't recall dropping it or something like that, but now if the mic is moved quickly, there is a very loud 'clacking' sound. It has to be the capsule, not the body, since the other capsule doesn't have this issue.
The sound is fine, if the mic is stationary, but say on a boom pole and moving around to capture dialogue and this clacking sound appears.
I'm thinking there must be something loose maybe, in the capsule. Can't think how that happened.
Has this happened to anyone?
