MT Mic input impedance
« on: October 06, 2006, 04:31:11 AM »
Hello Folks,
I think I will need to build an attenuator pad for my MT.
I am using AT capsules (+ homemade jfet 1G circuit) + 3 wire batt box.
The output of the capsules is really too high, so I will try to tap in
an attenuator.
To desgin it, I will need the imput impedance of MT to match it all,
the output of capsules + circuit is around 200 ohm.
TIA
Cheers.

Larger than or equal to 5K3 or so. I have it in my mailbox, somewhere.
