These cables we damn near impossible to get when the D-10 was NEW, let alone now.  The rubber strain reliefs are dry-rotted off my AES cables.  True-to-sony practice, these are one-of-a-kind connectors that were OEM'd for Sony only.

Paul at Prodigital sells these, a little pricey though not at all if I can get one that works, $125. Relatively even compared to the 7 pin cables
