Creative Nomad Jukebox JB3 screen repair instructions

Hi all, a few years ago I wrote a guide on replacing the screen in a JB3. It seems to have fallen off the boards I posted it on, so here it is again.
If an admin sees this, feel free to copy the guide and provide it as a "sticky".
