Service Mics?
« on: August 30, 2006, 06:08:01 PM »
I've had my mics for about 9 years now and was wondering if I should have them checked out (serviced) , or should I just keep using them until I have a problem to worry about?

bench fees for a good tech can be expensive.  are you having any problems?

if you haven't had them looked at in 9 years it might not be a bad idea to send them in for a checkup though.

No problems that I am aware of, but I thought since I have had them this long I might want to do some preventative maintenance if posssible.  I just didn't know if that was something that was done with mics or not.
