The newest systm goes through explaining why you would want to make your own cables vs buying monster cables for your entertainment center.   They bring in a broadcast engineer to actually show the steps in making the cables, and finally how to correctly manage your cables.  Someone might find this useful.   You can get all the info at http://systm.org/   Cheers!

Hell I know more about buying them than making them and this was worth the watch.  Although leegeddy had not ever worry his stuff still rocks the house.
