Title: Cheap optical cable $18 comes with adaptors

Someone over in gear was asking bout a decent cable and I stumbled accross a good price (I think?) for a 6' with mini adapters for $17.96 at Walmart.

I have one of these for my home stereo and it is really flexible.  Dunno how well it would work for portable tho.

no you arent I am one too. its justy that many people probably have a optica cable. lookks nice though.

+T For being a taper on the Cheap!  Yeah cheap and digital is a rough road but someone has to do it  :P

Have you used this with a NJB3 by any chance?  Does the 1/8" mini-plug fit snuggly in the NJB3 input?

Yes it does.  Tried it from my DVD to the NJB3.  It did seem like one fit better than the other, but maybe that was me.

6ft seems long. i just picked up a 1.5 meter cable & it's the perfect length for my setup.

I do like the connected dust covers though,
