I purchased Dpa 4061s ,CSB's,CSC's ,attenuator cable,Custom Bass roll off Battery box for DPAs with zero problems.Although communication via phone was not very outgoing and rather short i still received all my gear quickly,so whether or not he is outgoing had no affect on the equipment i bought.My last purchase was in 2006 FYI.
