So last night I went to the Nickel Creek show at the Palace of Fine Arts here in SF, and as soon as you walked in there was a sign, No Audio Recording!   This was a venue decision

Thank God for; None existent Security, Kangol Hats and Active cables

If you read the taping policies of a lot of bands that allow taping, you will note that most will state that the band cannot override the venue policy.

Yeah, I kind of figured the people there would not like taping. So I came prepared..... I wasn't surprised.

i was hoping they had a little more weight, like the flecktones in atlanta at the first center.  totally no taping venue, a bunch of calls later, taping ok.

Hey folks - if anyone is considering whether or not to see the opener for the below shows, do it!  I've seen Kathleen Edwards many times and she puts on a fantastic show.

And please, please, hook me up with any recordings!  
There's not much out there and I think the band is peaking right now.
