anyone know how many minutes a standard 4G DVD can hold and any recomendations for quality on OSX toast? :)

depends on the bitrate.  A rough estimate is: 8,000 kbps -60 mins, 6,000 kbps-90 mins, 4,000 kbps - 120 mins

go to www.dvdrhelp.com and get a bitrate calculator, it will let you input the length of the video and tell you what bitrate to use in order to maximize the disc space.
