Church UBB battery contact not snug

Anyway to resolve this?The negative part on Ubb is not a good fit,the 9 volt easily disconnects but stays fit on positive side.

Owned 3 UBBs and never had this issue.

maybe sqeeze down the female sides with a pair of needle nose pliers? Both on the box and on the bat?

That.  You can move/adjust them a little as they'll loosen up over time.
I've needed to do that several times on various 9V-using things, not just audio equipment :)
