Topic: usb type A to barrel connector (+ tip) power cable for h120?

I've got a couple of usb battery and car dc 5v power accessories
that I have for my ipod (and worked on the microtrack with right cable),
and I'd like to use these for my iriver h120.

So what I need is a USB Type A to barrel connector (+ tip/- ring) power cable.

Does anyone know where I can find such a beast? I'm scared about the big warning
in the iriver faq about mixing polarities, so want to make sure I get the right one...

I ended up buying a "USB Hotsync Charger Cable iRiver h100 h110 h120 h140"
from http://stores.ebay.com/wirelesshut

It's a type-A usb one end, then about 3 ft. of cable that splits to a mini-usb and barrel
connector on the other end. So you can charge and sync your iriver at the same time.
