Topic: please remove * charger problem?

checked the charger for my p1 battery just now.. it was flickering which is abnormal for it being plugged in since last week.. usually it flahes on every few seconds when floating charge..  I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and nothing..  no flickering or light or nothing..   tested battery with p1 and it fires up just fine, but have no idea how much of a charge is there.. 

suggestions..?   tia..
