I just wanted to update that Justin no longer works for pro-sound (moved from NY).
Richard from pro sound was very helpful. The price of the AKG CK-61 is $299 per capsule, the same as B&H.
As obaaron mentioned, AKG do not do matched pairs and that has been confirmed by Richard.
I have seen Olsson has also started a thread regarding the same question.
I will send AKG US a message as well and see if there is any matching option.

Unfortunately, AKG does not have matched pair sets for the CK61.

Can you please tell me if there is any way to buy a closely matched pair of AKG capsules with high probability?
If I buy two capsules with sequential serial numbers, will it increase the chances of them being closely matched?
