Tascam DR-100

Switchcraft 860 (i guess)
Radio Shack 274-1532  (A little short for my tastes but works. A right angle would be better)
Adaptaplug size “B” (I know)
Outside Diameter : 4mm
Inside Diameter : 1.7mm
Length :
Inside pole : positive (+)
Input Voltage : 5V DC
Supply current : .3 ~ .75 A (max TBD)

All current tests done at 5.00 +/- 0.01 VDC   (current will go up if V goes up and current will go down if V goes down)

Supply Current Details:
A) Without internal battery installed:
    1) All settings except [48V phantom on and mics attached]. (playing or recording):
          a) Backlight high = 0.33 A max
          b) Backlight low  = 0.32 A max
          c) Backlight off    = 0.31 A max

    2) Recording with 48 V Phantom on and Mics attached. (Phantom only draws current when mics are attached Record is ON or Paused)
         a) Backlight high =  .53 A max

Current consumption goes up when internal battery is installed. (to charge).

B) With internal battery installed:
     1) All setting except 48V phantom on and mics attached. (playing or recording):
           a) Near full charge battery ~~ 0.68 A
           b) very low batery (not enough to power 48V but everything else works) ~~ 1.20 A (this could be more on a completely dead battery)

     2) Recording with 48 V Phantom on and Mics attached
           a) Near full charge battery ~~  0.75 A
           b) very low batery (same as B.1.b above) ~~ 1.25 A

Notes:
A lot of current is required to charge battery. When battery is fully charged and stops charging via DC plug input (recorder says AC), current should drop to levels of those without battery. (USB current could be anywhere from 0.5A max to 1.00A max depending on manufacturer.)
