I've only owned my 41s for a few months and maybe 5-6 shows, but I love the chatty rejection and the bass response is plenty. But I can attest to phasing if you move your head.  I'm a noob with the hat so I've gotten way better, only experienced that in my first show and I was standing checking for security. Prolly pick up some used 4s at some point for close up situations, but no burning need.
