Albert has had a shipping container sitting in customs for a while now because he cannot afford to get the shipment out, thus the discontinuation of the overseas made speakers. Good speakers, bad businessman unfortunately.

an entrepreneurial businessman should help Albert out

I believe a set of them did that the last time he fucked up his operations....

Can you believe the nerve of that guy--flooding his own factory??

Floods are accidents, but when you don't have a plan to recover, ample insurance, or a sound profitable business beforehand that's what I call fucking up your operations.

Taking an attitude with everyone who can't or won't help you out after is also not a good idea.  I've got alot of good friends from Watertown, and they'll tell you it was well publicized that he burned bridges about as fast as a man can in a small town.

Great speakers, I love mine, just a poor businessman all around it seems.

Someone on here got a pair for under $400 shipped to them.  That is a steal in my book.  I paid more for mine used!

A small, young company that designs, builds, and sells niche-market loudspeakers is lucky to be in business in the first place!  Beyond that I have to give him the benefit of the doubt, especially considering an insurance company was involved.

oh, I still love the M2's, but I do have to say, the VR1s are no slouch.

If I got a pair of vr1s for rears, I'd still keep the m2s.  I'd just figure out some other use for them :)
