Korg MR-1000 External power source

Just wondering what people are using for external power for the Korg MR-1000. I was doing some searching and came across this:

Do you think it would work, and if so how much time should I expect from the 12V option.

I need a battery solution for the MR-1000 as well.
Anyone yet try getting a Wally battery to work with the Korg MR-1000?

I would think the largest 50WH version would run the MR-1000 for 8-10 hours. Any of the 3 will work.

I use the BatteryGeek 10-14-88 and it will last 15 hours or more.

This would be a great battery for video recording to laptop.

they also have a line of batteries they call their 'commercial line' with capacities of up to 444wh.... i guess THOSE would be the ferrari of batteries.... The M6 is pretty damn good, but not as good as the ferrari

greetings, i use a LiION 10Ah battery pack from batteryspace.com  cost around $200 w/ charger... weighs 1.5 lbs... powers mixer and MR1k just fine. i went big to be able to power my mixer (FP33) and use the headphones and lights indescrimenently (sp - sorry tired, no brain)

Its tip positive... Not sure on the size, it's a bit unusual just because it's got the little center pin within the center pin. Ratshack's adaptaplug D looks close, but certainly can't say for sure. The BG 10-14-88 comes with the needed tip if you go that route.
