i know theres gotta be a one-stop-shop out there for small project cases in any size i want, anybody have the scoop?

Awesome, Chris.  Thanks for enabling other DIY'ers!

If anyone is wondering, the usual suspects for electronics: Digikey.com, Newark.com, Mouser.com.  I've only ordered from the first two.

Parts Express also has Hammond.
