oh well, maybe next month.

this is the package i bought, it has the smart charger with it. but you can buy it seperatly for 29.99 i believe

http://www.batteryspace.com/product.asp?0=278&1=280&3=375

it has a 2000mah output and then trickles at 50mah after that

Automatically cut-off by negative delta V when battery pack get fully charged.

automatic voltage detection... its really nice and sturdy, i like it allready!

yep. having 3 of them, i cant sit around and mess with a 200mah charger.... the charger i had was a 7hr 200mah charger meant for lower mah batterys, and it was a PITA to have to unplug and plug back in 2 times to get a full charge

i can get ~5 hours out of each 3000mah pack with my MME, beats hauling around a SLA!

How does the charger get power? All I see are some tamiya connectors & alligator clips...

it has a standard 110 plug in on one end, the cord comes off so they probably dont have that pictured on the website

i figured i would get this cheapo charger, but this thing is really nice! for 30 bucks You Cant Go Wrong

charges at 2000mah then trickles at 50mah untill your pack is fully charged, then has auto shutoff! this is great! im lovin it!

Ohh.... so it uses a regular PC-type power cord on one side?

I saw the talk about battery chargers, you can buy some really nice, high rate chargers on ebay.  I have an intellipeak, 3A/h for NiMhs, and can run off of DC (easy to make a car cig adapter), great for read trips.

Just trying to put some sense to this, I get confused easily. So it seems to make more sense to just gget a charger that you can run off the cig lighter into your batteries as apposed to running a power convertor into a charger into the battery right?
Also, that 3A/hr, how long then would it take to charge the 3000mah batts because that smart sharger Dustin was talking about charges them in 90 minutes!

Its festival prep time !!!!!!  ;D

yep. i agree. I would not go to a festie with a 200 mah charger. Not nearly enough time to charge those 3000mah batts.
